Jay and I knew Braden wouldn't be an early walker, and a few weeks ago we knew he wouldn't be walking before or by his first birthday. It doesn't bother us any, he'll do it when he's ready - just like with every other thing! He wanted to eat solids early, so we let him. He wanted to crawl a bit later - so he did! We've tried to encourage him to stand on his own and/or take a few steps but he just slowly sits down! Until today! He was playing under the bar chairs at the island and I just encouraged him to walk over to me and he took a few steps!
And then he did it again and again! Sometimes he's quite shaky and more so falls into us as he's taking steps, but most of his steps are legit! Take a look!
So proud of him! :)
