My Memories Digital Scrapbook Review & Giveaway - CLOSED

Picnik collage
When I was contacted by MyMemories to do a review and giveaway for their digital scrapbooking software...I might have squealed out loud. (Might have). I love photography, I love scrapbooking, I love doing it all online - a perfect match for me. So I downloaded my free software right from their website. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I have to admit, at first I didn't think I was going to like this software. The download was easy, the software is pretty user friendly, but every time I sat down to use it...my brain just shut off, I got frustrated and would leave. My husband would attest that this is one of my faults - if I can't do it right the first time, I hate going back the 2nd, 3rd, etc. times to get it right! Yeah, that whole "practice makes perfect" thing...usually doesn't fly with me!

BUT...

I'm glad that I kept trying because now...I LOVE THIS! It truly is easy to use, you just have to have a little patience (if you're like me) when learning a new program. I also find, for me, that if I'm not "in the mood" to scrapbook, I don't do it right and end up re-doing my pages anyway. I have to get in my creative mind and then I'm off to the races!
1st Halloween

You can download free kits right from their website for extra backgrounds, embellishments and themes and once you install the kits/templates it automatically puts them into the software - awesome! If you are willing to spend a bit of money, they also have a dollar store and weekly sale items. If you find you really like this software, they have a Design Club for $5.99 per month which I'm pretty sure I'll sign up for!

You can keep digital files, upload them, add audio, video, create photobooks...the possibilities seem endless!
