The Zoo Zoo Zoo

I love the zoo. I always have. When my family went to California to go to Disneyland when I was 13 I begged and pleaded to go to the San Diego Zoo, but I was outvoted and ended up going to Sea World. Not a bad compensation, but I LOVE THE ZOO. I always asked Jay to take me to the zoo for dates, but I think we ended up only going once when we were living in Edmonton. This will mark the 3rd time that I've taken Braden to the zoo, and this year I decided to get a season's pass! Braden is free until next year, so I hope we'll have lots of fun at the zoo this year!

Look at this gorilla! He looked so cozy yet so uncomfortable at the same time!

And quite possibly the best part of the zoo trip was Uncle Craig pushing the boys in the wagon. The belly laughs from these two had everyone smiling as we passed them!

Oh...but then the playground was pretty amazing too!



I am loving the colors of this tunnel! And also, my child always has his goofy tongue hanging out of his mouth now too!

And then my big boy decided to play in the "recommended for ages 3-5 play ground" ooooh! He had so much fun! Most of the animals were sleeping like lumps on a bum, so hopefully next time we go they'll be a little more active. But, if anything...he loved the playground! Next time I'm going to park at the mall and take the train to the zoo - double the enjoyment!
