They were using the grain vac, which is essentially a giant vacuum cleaner, to empty out the bottom of the grain bins. My friend Natalie - the hearing aide tech - should be very proud that Braden was wearing ear phones!
Braden just had to "drive" the brand new swather! Scares us that in a brand new machine, he just instinctively knew to lift up the arm rest to find the keys! Hmmm.....
Then I had to check and see how the wheat below the farm was doing...
And lastly the little dude had to check out the inside of a grain bin and get nice and dirty!
I hope Braden keeps up his passion for farming as he grows older! He loves just about nothing more than going to work with Daddy and Papa right now!
I am so jealous of your property! Braden must be so proud of his dada! Great pictures as usual:)
ReplyDeleteHaha, oh thanks so much. Well, farming is in his blood...he's a pretty proud boy himself!
DeleteHe is a natural farmer. Must be so much fun for Papa and Daddy!!
ReplyDeleteHe is, they all have a wonderful time together!
DeleteI love these pictures! Andrew would be in heaven with access to all that awesome equipment! Braden will be begging you to go back all the time! What a pretty, pretty spot you live in!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. Yes, with his little toddler "accent" he asks to go to the "parm" every day!
Deleteit sure is crazy how they know how to turn the key on!! ;) it is my prayer too that the "passion for farming" is something my son never outgrows!
ReplyDeleteYes they just have that instinct!
DeleteWhat a fun life for a little boy! My son loves going to our friend's farm to see the animals and "drive" the tractors! What a beautiful family and farm you have!
ReplyDeleteVery happy to see the boys wearing ear protection!
